- Develop recommendations for a pilot program to enroll low-income, uninsured individuals who are not currently eligible for Medicaid into a health care coverage model to operate beginning July 1, 2012.
- Ensure all milestones of the “Gateway to Better Health” Demonstration Project are completed and submitted on time.
